Founded in 2025 by Rachel Morgan and David Lawless, Dream Star Cafe is meant to introduce Japan to the wonders of many different western breakfast and lunch foods. We have cultivated our western menu of foods and drinks from all across the United States of America and have prepared the very best for all of Japan to enjoy!
We aim to help out the Japanese people and overall economy of Japan as much as we can by bringing our business to Japan. We will employ and assist as many native Japanese as we can with our business as well as work with as many native Japanese businesses as possible to have to most positive impact we can have on Japan!
